Considering a Visit to the Periodontist?

Research by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revealed that almost half of Adult Americans are afflicted with an advanced form gum disease called “periodontitis”. Untreated, this disease is painless in early stages and when advanced will result in the loss of jaw bone around your teeth, the loosening and migration of your teeth and ultimately and loss of the teeth.

Periodontists are certified specialists in gum problems with the skills to identify early signs of gum disease improving long-term tooth comfort and function.
